New for 2024: Attendee Clipboards & Notepads
This year we are upgrading our registration experience and providing a custom clipboard with notepad along with every registration packet, to help everyone stay organized and on task. There is plently of available space to add your brand and remind our attendees of your support every time they see it!
Brand Our Ride
Add your logo to the coach bus that drives our attendees to the preparty and back, multiple trips, all night Thursday. We can add a banner, and your logo to signage at pick up and drop off to remind everyone who to thank!
Pre Party
Thursday night is one of the highlights of the ASTA Expo, where we all head off to the races at Rush Hour go-Karting and enjoy food, racing and fun with more than just go-Karts. There will be Axe Throwing, golf simulators and all you can play video games for all to enjoy!

Many of our classes at the Expo are thanks to our amazing sponsors. Good Trainers charge a wide-range of fees. Many sponsors select their own trainers and content, then submit their information during our “Call for Speakers”. Other sponsors reach out with interest in covering the cost of a class already selected by the ASTA Events Committee. The cost for classes we have arranged will vary by the speaker and expenses involved.
