Registration
Q: How do I register for the ASTA Expo?
A: Visit our registration page at www.astaexpo.com and click on the “Register Now” button. Follow the instructions to select your tickets and complete your registration.
Q: What are the registration fees?
A: Registration fees vary based on membership status and the types of tickets purchased. For detailed pricing information, please visit our registration page.
Q: Where is the “Shop Pass”?
A: Our registration form will automatically adjust your ticket price to the “shop=pass rate” when you purchase 4 or more tickets, in the shopping cart.
Q: Who qualifies as an Educator? What about an apprentice?
Educator: This ticket is for anyone currently employed by either a High School or Community College, as an automotive instructor only.
Apprentice: A free apprentice ticket applies to a shop employee who is also currently enrolled in either a high school or community college program, or a certified apprentice program.
Q: Can I join ASTA during the registration process?
A: Yes! Non-members can join ASTA for only $100 at the time of registration, allowing them to access member pricing and benefits. See section below on Membership and Benefits for more details.
Q: What is included in the registration fee?
A: Your registration fee includes access to training sessions, networking events, social activities, and lunches. Some sessions and events may require additional tickets.

Q: What types of training sessions are available?
A: The Expo offers a variety of sessions, including full-day Thursday classes on complex topics, and shorter sessions on Friday and Saturday covering a wide range of subjects in the automotive industry.
Q: Are there special events at the Expo?
A: Yes, we have several networking and social events, including a pre-party at Rush Hour Go-Karting, a Friday Night Pizza Party, and a Saturday Night Closing Party. Additional events like the Women’s Dinner and Scotch Tasting are available as add-ons.
Q: Do I need to register for specific sessions in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend registering for specific sessions in advance to ensure your spot. You can make changes to your session choices through our event app after completing your registration.
Membership and Benefits
Q: What are the benefits of ASTA membership?
A: ASTA members enjoy discounted registration fees, access to exclusive training programs, networking opportunities, and ongoing savings through various member programs.
Q: How do I renew my ASTA membership?
A: Membership renewal is automatic after the first year at the regular membership price of $350. Members will be notified prior to renewal and can manage their membership through their account on our website.
